Membership
The Alliance is funded by member dues. Dues are set at a level to allow us to hire a professional lobbyist and to staff a grassroots component to our campaign.
Membership is open to all who agree with the goals and vision of the Alliance. Regular membership is available to coalitions of non-profits, local governments, housing authorities and other non-profits. Regular members participate in the decisions of the Alliance. Business and for-profit organizations who support our goals are invited to join as associate members.
Dues structure:

| Operating Budgets under $200,000 | $50 to $250 |
| Operating Budgets over $200,000 | $250 to $20,000 |
| Trade Associations and Membership Organizations | |
| Trade Associations and Membership Organizations | $1,000 to $5,000 |
| Large Political Jurisdictions | $2,500 to $20,000 |
| Small Political Jurisdictions | $500 to $2,500 |
| For-Profit Associate Members, organizations | $500 to $10,000 |
| Associate Members, individual | $35 to $250 |
