HB2436 Is On Its Way!

Our bill increasing the document recording fee for affordable housing passed the House Revenue Committee on Monday. A hearing in the Ways and Means Transportation and Economic Development Subcommittee will be held this afternoon.  Once it has passed the subcommittee, we expect it to go to the full Ways and Means Committee early next week.

You can track legislative action on House Bill Measure History page the State Legislature's web site.
