Hello Housing Alliance members and supporters!  This email is the first installment of a bi-weekly electronic newsletter to keep you up-to-date about everything the Housing Alliance is doing to get ready to win in 2007 - and how you can get involved!
 
Membership Meeting
Tuesday, April 25

Please join us from 10 AM to 3 PM in Salem to finalize the Housing Alliance's priority uses for the $100 million that we are going to win in 2007!

Joint Interim Revenue Committee Hearings!
Be there May 17 and June 1!

These hearings are a rare opportunity for us to speak directly to House and Senate Revenue Committee members about the importance of adequate funding for affordable housing. We need YOU to attend one or both of these hearings. Let's pack the room and make our voices be heard!

The Housing Alliance will be arranging transportation from Portland for the June 1 hearing. If you would like to travel down to Salem with housing fellows, please contact Amy Fauver, afauver@tnpf.org

Endorsement Campaign
The Housing Alliance endorsement campaign is in full swing!  Now is the time to start asking your organizational partners to endorse our 2007 Housing Opportunities agenda!  We need to have at least 500 endorsements by the time the 2007 Legislative session opens in January 2007.
